We offer complimentary shipping.

Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Duties and taxes remain the Customer’s responsibility.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped the same day.

Estimated delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days.

All deliveries are made against signature.

Any damage or missing item must be reported immediately on delivery documents.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.

If delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to the sender.

Shipping addresses cannot be modified after order confirmation.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.

Risk transfers upon delivery to the Customer, in accordance with EU law.

Items (Made-to-Order)

Pre-order items are manufactured specifically upon order.

Estimated shipping dates are indicative and may change.

Due to their made-to-order nature, pre-order items are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, the Customer will receive a full refund.

Once confirmed, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.

This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for standard products.

For pre-order (made-to-order) items, cancellation is not possible once production has begun.

Returns for standard items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days after inspection.

No exchanges are offered.
