2. Scope of Application
These GTC govern all online sales of luxury ready-to-wear and accessories made through the Website, to private individuals and professionals.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
The products offered are designer luxury pieces, sometimes produced in limited series, pre-orders, or made-to-order.
Product descriptions and visuals are provided with the greatest care.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finishing may occur and are inherent to the creative andartisanal nature of the products.
Photographs are non-contractual.
4. Availability – Pre-Orders (Made-to-Order)
Some items may be offered as pre-order items. Pre-order items are produced specifically on the basis of the Customer’s order.
Production begins only after the order has been confirmed.
As such, pre-order items are considered made-to-order products.
Estimated production and delivery times are indicated on the product page and are provided for information purposes only. These dates may be subject to change.
By placing a pre-order, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts the made-to-order nature of the product and the associated production timelines.
5. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€). European Union: prices include VAT
Outside the European Union: prices exclude VAT (customs duties, taxes, and import fees remain the Customer’s responsibility)
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
6. Orders
An order becomes final once: the shopping cart is validated, the GTC are accepted, full payment is received.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods include: credit or debit card, Stripe / PayPal, any other method indicated on the Website.
All payments are secured.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Indicative delivery times:
European Union: [X] business days
International: [X] to [X] business days
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
For standard (non made-to-order) products, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.
Returned items must be: unworn, unwashed,
in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
pre-order items produced specifically on the basis of the Customer’s order, made-to-order items, personalised products. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer where applicable.
10. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days maximum after receipt and inspection of returned items, using the original payment method.
11. Legal Warranties
Products benefit from: the legal warranty of conformity, the warranty against hidden defects.
12. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable in cases of: improper use of the product, normal wear and tear, force majeure.
13. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
